MUSE is not just another chair. It is a knockdown chair that combines aesthetics with functionality, making it a standout choice for any space. The main challenge for the designers was to create a chair that would differentiate itself from the competition while maintaining its image as a quality product.
What sets MUSE apart is its smooth cantilever back shell, providing both support and flexibility. The bold plastic legs, which can be easily regulated, allow for height adjustment and stability on uneven surfaces. Made of polypropylene reinforced with glass fibers, the chair's main body is both durable and lightweight. The legs, on the other hand, are gas-injected for a lighter yet strong foundation. To protect floors from scratches, the glides are made of soft-rubber, double-injected with polypropylene.
Functionality was a key consideration during the design process. The legs of MUSE can be twisted to adjust their height, ensuring stability on uneven floors or other surfaces. Additionally, the chair is designed to be easily and quickly assembled by the end customer, without the need for any tools. This not only saves time but also minimizes the shipping volume, making it an affordable and convenient choice for customers.
MUSE is not just a chair; it is a statement piece. With its innovative stamping treatment, the legs are available with a realistic wood-like look, adding a touch of sophistication to any space. Whether it's a modern office, a cozy living room, or a vibrant outdoor patio, MUSE fits right in.
Recognized for its outstanding design, MUSE was awarded the Bronze A' Furniture Design Award in 2016. This prestigious accolade is bestowed upon designs that demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to improving quality of life. MUSE truly embodies these qualities, making it a chair that not only enhances the aesthetics of a space but also contributes to a better living experience.
